Bent-Erik Aga-Thoresen has extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies within the construction and eco sectors. Currently serving as a project leader, operations manager, and improvement leader at AF Gruppen since April 2018, Bent-Erik has previously held significant positions including procurement and logistics manager at Cinderella Eco Group AS and managing director at Rival AS. Additional roles at Rival AS included factory manager and export manager. Bent-Erik began the professional journey as a sales consultant at Etac Group and possesses a vocational degree in culinary arts from Glemmen Videregående Skole, complemented by recent education from BI Norwegian Business School.
