Richard "Dick" Hansen began their work experience in 1983 as the President of Hansen Industrial Services. In 2013, they became the Vice President of Sales Business Development at Texas Gulf Fabricators. In 2016, they worked in sales at FUSED Industries. In 2020, they joined Lineal Industries, Inc. as the Vice President of Business Development. Currently, in 2021, they hold the position of Vice President Integrated Solutions at Aescit Corp.

Richard "Dick" Hansen earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Texas at Austin, where they also obtained three Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Media Studies.
