Amy Reid possesses extensive experience in executive recruitment and leadership consulting, currently serving as a Member of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants since 2019 and as a Partner & Vice President of Executive Recruitment at Royer Thompson since January 2018. Prior roles include serving as a Board Director for Through the Years Community Centre and Dress for Success, and as Board Director & HR Committee Chair for The Maritimes Energy Association. Reid has also held positions such as Vice President/Partner at David Aplin Group and Director at OTANS. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University.
