Alex Essaid is a seasoned professional in executive search and leadership consulting, currently serving as an EMEA Council Member at the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) since March 2024. Alex has a notable tenure at rasd since June 2013, progressing through various roles including Partner, Principal, Senior Consultant, Consultant, Associate Consultant, Senior Researcher, and Researcher. In addition, Alex co-founded a stealth mode venture in May 2023 and has been a Partner at Blask. since December 2022. From December 2017 to March 2020, Alex held the role of Investor at Le Watson, where the business concept was developed and set up for operation. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia University.
