Magda Niculescu is a highly experienced executive coach and consultant specializing in leadership development and high-performing teams. Currently a Partner at Aesara Partners since 2020, Magda works with organizations to enhance their performance and future readiness. Parallel to this role, Magda has been a Turnaround Executive Coach at Rise & Shine Coaching since January 2010, focusing on leadership development, strategy implementation, and workforce transformation in collaboration with notable organizations such as SalesTrust and The Mind Gym. Magda's previous experience includes key positions at Mars Central Europe, where strategic business planning and portfolio development were emphasized, as well as roles in marketing and brand management at Tempo Advertising Romania and Procter & Gamble. Magda holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in International Business from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires de Grenoble and a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Bucharest.
