Jennifer Shap, ACC, is an experienced Executive Coach and Consultant at Aesara Partners since April 2023, specializing in 1:1 and team coaching for executives across various industries. With nearly two decades at Google, Jennifer held multiple roles, including Senior Agency Business Development Lead, where responsibility included overseeing cross-functional teams for digital transformation initiatives and enhancing coaching culture. As a co-leader of Women@ Google NY, Jennifer developed programs for a community of 1,200 women and cultivated DEI partnerships. Additionally, Jennifer's earlier career included positions at LinkShare Corporation, McCann - Erickson, Bates Advertising USA Inc, and American Conservatory Theater. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Cornell University and participated in programs at the College of Human Ecology and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
