Alison Smith is an experienced executive coach and consultant currently serving as the UK Managing Partner at Aesara Partners since February 2022. Prior to this role, Alison was a Partner and Team Leader in the corporate practice group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP from March 2003 to September 2021, specializing in complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and various corporate transactions. Alison holds a BA (Hons) and MA in Law from the University of Cambridge, completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School, and pursued a Master's degree in Psychology (Conversion) at the University of Exeter from September 2021 to September 2023.
