Abi Marchant, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and consultant at Aesara Partners since October 2017. Prior to this role, Abi held various significant positions at Danone from June 2009 to September 2017, including HR Director for Danone Dairy & Danone Waters UK and Director of Strategic Projects, focusing on new channel and communications development. Between July 2005 and December 2008, Abi served as Business Development Director at Danone Waters, overseeing category management and sales operations. Earlier career experience includes nearly a decade at United Biscuits in various sales roles, culminating as Foodservice Sales Controller. Abi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern European Languages from Durham University, awarded in 1995.
