Meagan Kuchan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the electric utilities and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Transmission and Distribution Planning Manager at AES Ohio since June 2022, Meagan previously held key roles at PPL Electric Utilities, including Supervisor of Transmission Planning and Interconnection Affairs Project Manager, where responsibilities involved managing interconnection and relocation projects. Prior to this, Meagan was a Project Manager at Jingoli Power, leading innovative projects within the PPL T&S Maintenance Group. Meagan's career began in the United States Air Force, where titles included Research Engineer and Acting Chief of Training, managing critical projects related to mission assurance and safety. Meagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and further education from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
