Jordan Creel serves as the Talent Development Director at AerSale, Inc. since April 2012, where responsibilities include leading the creation of a leadership development strategy that aligns with business initiatives and enhancing management capabilities through workforce development. In addition, Jordan Creel operates as the Owner of JC Services and Lots of Laughs, LLC., engaging in entrepreneurial ventures since May 2014 and August 2017, respectively. Previous roles include Chief Inspector/Director of Quality at AerSale from February 2018 to August 2024, Quality Assurance Manager, and A&P Mechanic Lead at AerSale, and A&P Mechanic at Stewart Industries LLC from June 2010 to April 2012.
