Courtney Kattengell is a seasoned recruiter at Aerotek, having joined the company in September 2021, where the focus is on technical, professional, and industrial staffing services. Prior to this role, Courtney served as the Assistant Professor and Head of Musical Theatre at Ohio Northern University from August 2016 to September 2021. Responsibilities included directing and choreographing main stage musicals, recruiting students for the program, advising, and serving on various committees. Courtney holds a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts with an Emphasis in Musical Theatre from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance with a Minor in Musical Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College.
