Todd Mason has worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Aerospace Technologies Group since 2011. Before that, they worked at Cobham Life Support/ACR Electronics from 2002 to 2010, where they provided "Hands On" support to the manufacturing floor and played a key role in initiating Lean Manufacturing Kaizen events. From 1999 to 2002, Todd worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at B/E Aerospace, where they were responsible for researching, developing, and implementing methods to reduce costs in aircraft galley product manufacturing. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager at Advanced Games and Engineering from 1994 to 1999.

Todd Mason attended Florida Atlantic University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Todd does not have any additional certifications such as a six sigma green belt.
