Xiomara Martin currently serves as Vice President of Marketing & Sustainability at Aeromexico, leading initiatives with a focus on client/social and environmental concerns while executing global strategies to enhance brand equity and reduce environmental impact. Prior to this role, Xiomara held the position of Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Thermion, overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies and brand positioning. With extensive experience in consumer marketing and insights from roles at Unilever and Nestle, Xiomara has successfully developed growth strategies across multiple regions and categories. Earlier career experiences include leadership in market research and consumer strategy at Research International and Venezolano de Crédito. Xiomara holds a B.A. in Administrative Sciences from Universidad Metropolitana and additional education from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
