Nanda Kumar is currently a Student Mentor and PMP Coordinator for the Peer Mentorship Program at BITS Goa since October 2021. As a core member and teacher for Project Lamani at Nirmaan Organization, Nanda Kumar has been actively involved since January 2021. Additional roles include being a Crew Member and Media and PR Head for the Aerodynamics Club at BITS Goa, and participation in various capacities including core member and crew member for Team Pegasus and Abhigyaan. Nanda Kumar's research experience includes a Summer Research Internship at CSIR - National Aerospace Laboratories in July 2023, focusing on implementing the Lucas Kanade method and Digital Image Correlation techniques. Prior Summer Research Internship experience was gained at CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation in 2022. Nanda Kumar is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Master of Science in Physics at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus. Educational background also includes a High School Diploma from Sri Chaitanya College of Education and a Middle School Diploma from Patel Public School, Bangalore.
