Rob Hallam has extensive experience in quality engineering and diagnostics services. Rob is currently working as a Principal Quality Engineer at Aero Tec Laboratories Ltd, where they support customer projects in various sectors and ensures project deliverables are met. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at BLC Leather Technology Centre Ltd, including Head of Diagnostic Services/Problem Solving, Consulting Services Technologist, Materials Technologist, and Research Scientist. In these roles, they provided quality assurance, fault diagnosis, and process problem-solving services for clients in industries such as automotive, aviation, leather goods, and more. Rob also managed a European project and conducted testing and reporting on a range of materials.

- From 2005 to 2008, they attended Northampton College, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- From 1994 to 1998, they attended Nottingham Trent University and earned a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biology, specializing in Biology, General.
- From 2002 to 2006, they attended De Montfort University, where they completed a Post Grad Certificate in Information Technology.
- In 1999 to 2000, they attended De Montfort University and obtained a PGCE in Secondary Science.
