Rob Dunn is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Aero Industries, Inc. since April 2023, Rob previously held positions such as Assistant Plant Manager and Production Manager at EHOB, Inc. Rob has also been a Manufacturing Manager at G&H Orthodontics®, where responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing the production of orthodontic products for a global market. A history of enhancing operational efficiency is evident through roles at ARLINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL as a PBIS Coach, and various positions at Sonoco, where Rob implemented process improvements and drove safety and productivity initiatives. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from WGU Indiana.
