Fergal Loughnane is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in the aviation sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Tax at AerCap since April 2023, Loughnane previously held the position of Senior Director Group Tax at Nordic Aviation Capital from May 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included group tax planning, transfer pricing, transaction advice, and tax compliance. Prior to that, Loughnane worked as a Senior Tax Manager for Indirect Taxes at GECAS from March 2007 to April 2015 and began the career as a VAT Manager at PwC from September 2000 to March 2007. Loughnane holds a degree in taxation (AITI CTA) from the Irish Taxation Institute, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
