Joe Townes has over a decade of experience in the energy efficiency sector, currently serving as a Project Manager at BlueStar Energy Solutions since October 2011, where management of energy-efficient lighting and controls projects for the commercial and industrial business sectors is the primary focus. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Orion Energy Systems, Inc. from February 2009 to October 2011 in sales and project management, overseeing OEM energy-efficient lighting projects. Joe's career began as a carpenter at Scott Simpson Builders from 2000 to 2004. Joe holds a diploma from Glenbrook North, graduated in 1994.
