Dawn Sammon, PMP, is an accomplished Senior Business Analyst Consultant with extensive experience in IT and process improvement. Currently at AEP Energy since January 2022, Dawn previously held various senior roles at Optum, including Senior Business Analyst Consultant and Senior Technical Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Incident and Request Process Owner at the University of Minnesota, focusing on ITIL framework implementation, and as Senior Process Analyst for Target Canada, where continuous process improvement was emphasized.
