James LaSala currently serves as an Operations Associate and Office Manager at the Association for Enterprise Opportunity since January 2024. Prior to this role, James held positions as Senior Coordinator in Legal & External Affairs at SHRM and as an Executive Assistant and Legal Services Coordinator within the same organization. James has diverse experience in the education sector as an Assistant Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools and in various administrative roles including Proposal Coordinator at Paragon Systems Inc, Office Assistant at DCM, Inc./Phyto Cultivation LLC, and Aide-de-Campe to Edward Weidenfeld at The Weidenfeld Law Firm, P.C. Additionally, James has supported federal policy initiatives as a Federal Policies & Communications Intern at the Marijuana Policy Project and contributed to research and event management as an Undergraduate Fellow at The Catholic University of America, where James earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government.
