Rupert Plumb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, product development, and venture relations. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at AEI Group since October 2014, Rupert has automated recruitment processes, negotiated cost savings, and led a comprehensive CRM strategy overhaul, significantly increasing e-commerce revenue through strategic partnerships. In parallel, Rupert holds the position of Head of Venture Relations at AEI Ventures, leading production for the El Dorado Festival and managing investor pipelines. Previous roles include Community Relations Manager and Marketing Assistant at AEI Group, as well as Founder/Director at Paragon Online Marketing. Rupert earned a BA in Public Relations from Griffith University between 2005 and 2009.
