John-Miguel Mitchell, MSHR, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at AEG and establishing a consulting practice as Founder & Lead Consultant at Ekipo, John-Miguel also provides strategic insights on the Advisory Board at Upwage. In addition, John-Miguel contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where lectures cover advanced topics in talent management. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Brilliant Corners and Executive Recruiter at Lockstep, Inc.
