Jemma Grace, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as a Senior HR Advisor at Aegon since October 2024. Previously, Jemma held the position of Consultant Experience Partner at FDM Group for a short term in late 2023 and spent six years at Ashurst in various roles, including Advisor for Ashurst Reach, Senior HR Project Assistant, HR Advisor, and HR Assistant, contributing significantly to HR functions both in Singapore and Brisbane. Earlier experience includes working as a Regional HR Support Assistant at Sainsbury's and as a Customer Service Assistant. Jemma holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management from City of Glasgow College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Edinburgh Napier University.
