Vanessa Garrido is an experienced hotel manager currently leading the NYX Madrid Hotel for Leonardo Hotels since its opening in March 2018. Previously, Vanessa served as Head of Projects and Hotel Investment for BSI - Business Strategy Investment, overseeing a portfolio of five hotels from April 2014 to December 2017. Other significant roles include hotel manager positions at Zenit Hoteles, Room Mate Hotels, and Eurostars Hotels, where responsibilities encompassed management, strategic planning, revenue management, and pre-opening operations. Vanessa’s educational background includes multiple master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Communication from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, along with a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the same institution.
