Carmen Carrasco Delgado possesses extensive experience in roles related to health management and customer service across various organizations. Since May 2016, Carmen has been serving as a Gestor de prestaciones de salud at Aegon Seguros. Prior to this, from July 2007 to February 2016, Carmen coordinated customer service platforms for health and accident insurance at Sersanet, dealing with multiple insurers. Additional experience includes managing collections at Banco Sygma, quality and service at BT España, and customer attention for Vodafone at UnÃsono Solutions Group. Carmen’s background also includes sales advising for corporate training at Studio 21, teaching study techniques and employment orientation at I.E.S. Condesa Eylo, and work as a psychologist at Gabinete Simón Ruiz. Carmen holds specialized education in Educational Psychology and Pedagogy from the Colegio Oficial de Psicologos, a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad de Salamanca, and a Diplomatura in Education from Universidad de Valladolid.
