Arlissa Vaughn is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in leadership, marketing, and content creation. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Aegis Power Systems, Inc. since January 2014, Arlissa drives strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer support, and product innovation. Previously, as Marketing Director for a B2B aerospace and defense manufacturer, Arlissa created comprehensive marketing campaigns that included SEO, content, and social media strategies. In addition to leadership roles within IEEE WNC Section, Arlissa has experience as a freelance content writer and as the founder and editor of Visual Overture Magazine. Arlissa's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan and a BFA in Visual Art and International Relations from East Carolina University.
