Aurora Melatti is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in human resources, education, and customer service. Currently serving as a Researcher at Aegis Human Consulting Group, Aurora has previously held roles at ING focusing on HR administration and digital transformation, and at T4 Project as a Human Resources Specialist, with a specialization in IT recruitment. Experience also includes working as a professional educator at the Cooperativa sociale onlus Abete, managing service stations at Autogrill, and roles in retail at e20 and Converse.
