Morten Kofoed Jensen has a diverse work experience background. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Research Assistant at JENSEN-GROUP. In 2018, they held various roles at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, including being a Teaching Assistant in Feasibility Studies of Energy Projects and a Student Assistant in the Sustainability Division of the Department of Technology, Management and Economics at DTU Management. In 2019, Morten worked as a Research Assistant in the Sustainability Division of the Department of Technology, Management and Economics at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they conducted techno-economic modelling and data analytics of wind and solar energy projects, supported consulting assignments related to offshore wind, and evaluated technology-neutral auctions. Finally, since 2021, they have been working at Aegir Insights, initially as an Analyst and currently as the Head of Software Solutions.

Morten Kofoed Jensen's education history begins in 2013 when they enrolled at DTU - Technical University of Denmark for their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 2016. In 2017, Morten pursued further studies at DTU and obtained their Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering with a specialization in Sustainable Energy in 2019.

During their academic journey, Morten also participated in an exchange semester at The University of British Columbia in 2018, where they studied at the Faculty of Applied Science.

In terms of additional certifications, Morten acquired several qualifications. In 2018, they completed the Teaching Assistant Training Program at LearningLab DTU. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Enterprise Architecture Foundations and Power BI Essential Training from LinkedIn in August 2020. Morten Kofoed also completed Machine Learning courses from Coursera and MIT Professional Education, respectively, in May and April 2020. Additionally, Morten obtained a certification in Project Management Foundations from Lynda.com in January 2020.
