Jennifer Koenig is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Sr. Manager of People, Systems, and Compliance at AEG Vision since October 2018. In various roles, including HR Information System and Compliance Manager and Benefits Manager, Jennifer oversees the management of group benefit and 401k plans, annual health and welfare open enrollment, and the integration of benefit tools and HRIS. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior HR Generalist at AEG Vision, where Jennifer supported regional executives and employees, and HR Generalist at Electroimpact, focusing on compliance and reporting. Additionally, Jennifer has a diverse background in payroll and benefits administration, having worked across several organizations, including Public Outreach Fundraising. Currently, Jennifer is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence and an MBA at UT Dallas. Educational achievements also include a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Whitworth University and a Certificate of Accountancy from North Seattle College.
