Lawrence Antoine currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at AEG Presents, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Antoine provided advisory services through LAntoine Consultancy from May 2022 to December 2023, focusing on strategic business development, financial planning, and M&A negotiations for start-ups in the Media, Entertainment, and Technology sectors. Antoine’s extensive experience includes serving as Executive VP of Business Development at Paradigm Talent Agency from September 2001 to April 2022, and as Director at Platinum Equity from March 1999 to June 2007. Earlier career roles include positions at PwC in Transactions Services/Audit, Altera as Major Account Manager, and National Semiconductor as Strategic Product Marketing Engineer. Antoine holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
