Ali Torabi has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Solution Engineer at Aeditive. Prior to that, they were a Founder at both Parametriczoo and Para 3d from 2008. From 2019, they worked as an Associate Researcher and Researcher at Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences. From 2008, they were a Deputy Manager and Principal Design Architect at Shape Architecture Practice and Research.

Ali Torabi received a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Shahid Beheshti University between 1991 and 1999.
