Beth Good has over 11 years of work experience. Beth began their career in 2008 at JW Floor Covering as a Call Center/Operations Associate. Beth then moved up to become the Facility Establishment Coordinator, Operational Training Director, Communication Quality Manager, and Assistant to the Vice President of Operations, where they implemented and maintained operational processes and handled travel arrangements for senior leadership. Lastly, they were the Director of Customer Service & Quality/Operations Manager, where they led the Customer Service/Operations team, handled corporate escalations, and maintained and improved standards of quality. In 2019, they began working at CPR1 LLC as the Director of Distribution & Training.
Beth Good attended California State University San Marcos from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
