Quinn Goetsch, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Global Rewards at AECOM, a position held since January 2024 after progressing through various roles in Global Rewards. Previously, Quinn held the Senior Human Resources Director position at STV, and prior to that, multiple roles at AECOM focusing on rewards and compensation strategies. Early career experience includes a Human Resources Manager role at URS Corporation and various HR leadership positions at Target and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Quinn holds an MBA in Leadership and Change in Human Organizations and International Business from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Georgia.
