Kristy Pipes is an experienced board member with a strong focus on audit, governance, and sustainability across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Public Storage, Kristy also holds board positions at AECOM and EXL, with responsibilities as Audit Committee Chair at both. Additional board roles include participation in the Nominating, Governance, and Sustainability Committee at Savers | Value Village, and previously at PS Business Parks, Inc. Kristy has a solid background in finance, having served as Chief Financial Officer at Deloitte Consulting and holding senior finance roles at Transamerica and First Interstate Bank. Academic qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA, where Kristy graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude.
