Jeff Hoffman is an accomplished leader in finance transformation, currently serving as the Head of Source to Pay Operations and Head of Transformation at AECOM since July 2020. With extensive experience in overseeing large-scale transformation initiatives, Jeff manages a team of over 350 dedicated to revamping the company’s processes and organizational structure. Previously, Jeff held key positions at The Hackett Group, Genpact, Deloitte, PwC, and other notable firms, where significant contributions were made in finance transformation practices, consulting methodologies, and client engagement. Jeff's academic background includes an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BS in Management from Tulane University, enhancing a career marked by strategic influence and operational excellence.
