Alida Botes (Taylor) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and finance transformation. Currently serving as the SAP OneWorld Program Lead at AECI Limited, Alida oversees the SAP ERP Implementation Roll-Out, focusing on data change management and training. Prior to this role, Alida was the SAP OneWorld Programme Manager at AECI Limited, where responsibilities included data transformation and supporting the organization's digital transformation journey. Alida has also held positions as Partner at PwC South Africa, leading the Digital Finance Transformation Business Unit, and as Partner at KPMG South Africa, where leadership in Shared Services and Outsourcing was key, along with a focus on process improvement and cost optimization. Early career experience includes roles as a Management Accountant at Gold Fields Ltd. and a Cost Accountant at Nedbank. Alida holds an Honours B.Comm in Management Accounting.
