Alexandre Faria has extensive experience in human resources and operational management, currently serving as the Diretor Executivo de Pessoas, Ouvidoria e Endomarketing at AeC since April 2003. Faria is responsible for all HR subsystems and processes at the national level, having previously managed HR for multiple sites in the Northeast. Faria's roles have included overseeing personnel administration, recruitment and selection, and operations management across various departments, effectively leading teams of up to 80 individuals and managing significant recruitment volumes. In addition to a professional background, Faria holds a Bachelor of Law degree and multiple advanced qualifications in human resources and business administration, including an MBA. Current involvement includes roles as a Membro - Executivo de Honra at Academia Europeia da Alta Gestão and as Diretor de Tecnologia de RH at ABRH-MG.
