Uwe Hilpert has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Uwe'smost recent role is as the Head of Project Management & R&D Compliance at Aebi Schmidt Group, which they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Aebi Schmidt Deutschland as the Head of Group Standard & Documentation from 2022 to 2022. Before joining Aebi Schmidt, Uwe had a period of reorientation at Steina-Technik in 2021, where they worked on the development of data loggers for environmental data. Uwe also has a long history of employment at Daimler AG, starting as an Entwicklungsingenieur in 2003 and progressing to roles such as Senior Manager Testing & Release Driver Assistance System and Senior Engineer Powertrain -Project Leader gasoline engines-.

Uwe Hilpert completed their education at two institutions. From 1998 to 2002, they attended HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree. The field of study for this degree is unspecified. In 2021 and 2022, they studied at Galileo Institut für Human Excellence, pursuing a C Level coaching degree in C level coaching.
