Mareike Azadeh Biermann is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership and business coaching. Since October 2020, Mareike serves as Team Lead Marketing at AEB, following a successful tenure as Head of Account Management at setup GmbH from January 2017 to August 2020. As a Systemischer Business Coach, Mareike has been providing coaching services through Mareike Biermann - Systemisches Business Coaching since September 2016. Noteworthy previous roles include Senior Direct Marketing Manager at PAYBACK GmbH, as well as various consultancy positions in marketing and strategy from 2012 to 2016. Mareike holds a Magister Artium in Education, Sociology, and Economic and Social Psychology from The University of Göttingen and completed training as a Systemischer Business Coach at hauserconsulting GmbH & Co. KG from 2016 to 2018.
