With extensive experience in negotiation, relationship building, and risk management, Adele has contributed significantly to the industry, including participation in the CUES CEO Institute and CUNA Business Lending. Their early career included roles in accounting at California Coast Credit Union and as VP Controller at USE Credit Union.
