Zach Norman

Experiential Graphic Designer (Designer IV) at A&E Design

Zach Norman has a diverse range of work experience in the field of graphic design. Zach is currently working as an Experiential Graphic Designer (Designer IV) at A&E Design, where they are responsible for strategy, conceptual development, and documentation of experiential graphics and signage systems for various architectural projects. Zach collaborates with architects, interior designers, fabricators, and general contractors throughout the entire lifecycle of each project.

Prior to their current position, Zach spent over 15 years at Infinite Scale, starting as a design intern in 2005 and eventually becoming an Associate Creative Director. During their time at Infinite Scale, they worked on both sport and non-sport environmental graphic design projects, including temporary events and permanent solutions for new venues. Zach was involved in all aspects of the project process, from concept development to detailing and installation. Additionally, they served as the Internship Coordinator for the company, overseeing the hiring and mentoring of interns from multiple universities.

Before joining Infinite Scale, Zach held multiple roles at the National Park Service and LPK. At the National Park Service, they worked as a Graphic Design Intern, focusing on projects related to branding and signage standards for the National Park System. Zach'sresponsibilities included sketch ideation, design development, and documentation for signage and environmental graphics systems. At LPK, they worked as a Graphic Design Intern, assisting with package design, graphic standards manuals, and collateral design for various clients.

Overall, Zach Norman has extensive experience in experiential graphic design, with a strong background in strategic planning, concept development, and project coordination. Zach'sprevious roles have provided him with a diverse range of skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member and leader.

Zach Norman attended the University of Cincinnati from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design.
