Shashank Patel is an experienced professional in the field of implementation and technical engineering, currently serving as a Team Lead at Adyen since April 2018, where responsibilities include supervising a team of over seven implementation engineers and managing client onboarding processes. Prior to Adyen, Shashank held roles such as Senior Professional Services Engineer at Guardian Analytics, where expertise in behavioral analytics for fraud prevention was developed, and Professional Services Engineer at NICE Actimize, specializing in financial crime solutions. Shashank began a career in software development at Pronto and has gained diverse experience in implementation roles at companies like ClearSky Technologies and as a Software Engineer Intern at Firm Interactive.
