Ioana Olteanu is an experienced Project Operations Manager currently working at Adyen since October 2020, specializing in onboarding franchise and platform merchants across North America, APAC, and Europe, while effectively conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) tasks. Experienced in service management, Ioana held multiple roles at Thomas Cook, overseeing hotel accounts and guest experiences across the Algarve Coast and Tenerife. Ioana began the career as an Event Team Leader at Ampersand Catering, focusing on delivering exceptional catering experiences. Ioana holds a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Tourism Management with Language from the University of Greenwich.
