Borys Ponomarenko is an experienced tech lead and frontend engineer with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently working at Adyen since December 2017, Borys leads the Impact team, focusing on creating a product for donation facilitation during checkout, and has served as a Principal Frontend Engineer where responsibilities included architecting scalable solutions with Vue.js and guiding teams through migration processes. Borys's previous experience includes leading frontend initiatives at Backbase, where efforts centered on code quality improvement and knowledge sharing across squads, as well as working on accessibility-focused web widgets in retail and banking. Early career roles included senior and product developer positions at SDL Tridion and Negeso, and technical testing at Tridion Development Center. Borys holds a Master's degree in Automation Engineer Technology from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
