Shirley Walz currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering for Cloud & Technical Operations at Patterson Companies, Inc., a position held since February 2015. Additionally, Shirley has provided advisory services at AdvisoryCloud since April 2020. Previously, a significant tenure at Thomson Reuters from 1999 to 2014 included roles such as Sr. Director of Internal Technology Services, where responsibilities spanned managing unified communications and enterprise solution development, as well as overseeing resource allocation and strategic initiatives. Shirley's earlier experience also includes positions at South Washington County Schools as a Community Education Instructor, at Metropolitan State University as an Adjunct Professor, and various roles at West Publishing, where contributions centered around the Westlaw platform's software development.
