Kaitlin Ohlinger is an experienced sales operations manager with a strong background in the wine industry. At Advintage Wine since March 2016, Kaitlin oversees operations to enhance market share and revenue through effective business solicitation and management of 200+ suppliers. Prior to this, Kaitlin served as a Fulfillment/Compliance Coordinator at Beaux Freres, where responsibilities included coordinating shipments across 40 states and managing inventory to increase profitability. Kaitlin also held the position of General Manager and Wine Buyer at Caffe Ventures, LLC, where successful management of a restaurant and wine bar was achieved through cost optimization and service reliability. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of Vermont, earned between 2000 and 2004.
