Equipped with an MBA from the University of Utah and extensive experience leading Customer Success teams, Kelsey leads our Customer Success team to ensure we are creating amazing experiences for our users. Kelsey honed her leadership, creativity, and customer experience skills by working in fast-paced tech environments and now plays an instrumental role at AdvicePay. When she isn’t leading our incredible team of Happiness Heroes and Relationship Managers, you can find Kelsey skiing at Big Sky, floating the Madison River, and water skiing at the lake with her friends and family.
