Shantel Ball has extensive experience in training and instructional design, currently serving as Manager of Training at Advia Credit Union since March 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Rockford University, an Associate's Degree in Arts from Rock Valley College, and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Design and Technology from the American College of Education.
