Prashanth Gangadharan Nair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery management, currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Microsoft since August 2006. In this role, Prashanth oversees a network of over 600 employees and multiple global delivery partners, managing operations for four partners that account for more than half of the Windows support volume. Previously, Prashanth held the position of Engineering Support Manager at Microsoft, focusing on service delivery for Premier customers and driving key operational metrics. Prior to Microsoft, Prashanth worked as a Senior Lead System Engineer at IBM and held engineering roles at SunTec Business Solutions and Srishti Open Systems Private Limited, where foundational skills in system engineering and network operations were developed.
