Mr McConnell has extensive experience in both listed and unlisted technology companies in Australia and abroad. He co-founded Citadel Group Limited (ASX: CGL) in 2007, a leading software and technology company that specialises in secure enterprise information management.

Mr McConnell currently serves as a non-executive director on the Citadel Board as well as acting as an advisor to HOF Capital, a global technology investment firm that leverages its extensive networks to help founders build successful businesses.
